I don't usually get into the New Years Resolution stuff but this year I feel like I HAVE to start it out right. I can think of so many things I want to change and so to start off my list I want to: >get back into Running. I need register for some races! >journal regularly (for spiritual reasons) >spend more regular time with my Savior so that my relationship with HIM out weighs any trial I face That's a start . . .

A New Year!

It's 2009 now. 2008 was full of wonderful things but also many difficult and painful things. We've come out of it better people and stronger. Dave and I are closer and our marriage only gets more solid with the struggles we have. We by no means look forward to hardships but we know that the Lord allows them for reasons. But along with those difficult things there are always many glimmers and things that bring us joy. Gabriel! Yes, our second son joined our family in 2008 and now he's almost 1. Praise the Lord for two beautiful boys! So, now that it's 2009 what's new? *Well, Dave and I started the new year off by getting our pantry stocked up and did all our shopping for the rest of the month. We set up a meal schedule which is exciting and has made it easy to be ahead of the game. This was a new years resolution for me to have monthly meal plans and get all the shopping done in one trip. *I made a resolution to get caught up on my scrapbooking by the end of this yea...

A New Year

We're over a week into January already. Time flies. I am sitting here typing this while Dave is busy at work and Liam is napping. I should be napping too. I feel pretty good though after being blessed with a good night's sleep which lacked in aches and pains. Praise the Lord for good sleep. We got our selves a memory foam topper for our bed and I sure am hoping that helps for the remainder of this pregnancy. We haven't tried it yet because it has to take shape over 24-48 hours. Maybe tonight. :-) I am 30 weeks along today according to my midwife's date, March 18th. I personally think it will be more like the 25th. We'll see. This pregnancy has been different in so many ways. I have had a lot more "issues" this time. I would share but it's not pleasant stuff. I also had morning sickness longer but less intense. The pains started sooner this time and are much worse then last time. I was SOOO emotional in the first trimester. All I can say is. . .Poor Dav...
